It is with sadness that the passing of Helen MacDonald of Chagrin Falls, Ohio is shared. Helen, born on December 6, 1927, passed away on August 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Helen will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Helen by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Helen is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Helen’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth MacDonald. She is survived by: her children, Alton Whitehouse, Sarah Lyda and Peter Whitehouse; and her brother Pete MacDonald of Saratoga Springs. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at 11030 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106.
