He is survived by: his mother Arlene Balchak; his sister Diane Moore (John); his nephew Jack Moore (Rebecca); his niece Holly Neeb (Tristan); and his great-niece Avery Moore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St John Funeral Home - Bainbridge Township (16381 Chillicothe Rd, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Angels (18205 Chillicothe Rd, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023).
