She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Spear; and her husband Richard Machnics. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Spear (DeAnna) and Richard Spear (Theresa); and her grandsons, Evan and Cole.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Rescue Village at 15463 Chillicothe Road, Novelty, Ohio 22072 in memory of Phyllis Machnics—a heartfelt tribute to her lifelong love of animals.
