She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Whitmire and Violet Whitmire; and her sister Clara Rose Maxwell. She is survived by : her husband Phillip A. Walker; and her children, Angela Walker of North Carolina, Nathan Walker of Columbus, Sara Blackstone (Bret) of Blue Rock and Bethany Walker of Galena. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
