With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Adrian C. Kooyman of Chardon, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Adrian may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Van Horn; and his parents, Peter Kooyman and Priscilla Kooyman. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Kooyman of Cleveland and Jeffrey Kooyman of Chardon, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Aiden and Isabella.
