She is survived by: her parents, John Horna and Marybeth Horna of Chardon, Ohio; her friend Jennifer; her brother John J. Horna of Richmond, Virginia.; her aunts, Cindy Kacica and Sharon McDerment; and her cousin Jenna Dobrzeniecki. She is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
