He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Jacqueline "Jackie" Fandrich. He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Bernard Damukaitis and Christine Damukaitis; his siblings, Anthony Damukaitis and Heather Oakes; his close friend Dean Ormiston; his niece Maddy Hornish (Logan); his nephew Bryce Ormiston (Jaden Ormiston); and his pet Cody.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Burr Funeral Home (116 South St, Chardon, OH 44024). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Cleveland SKI Club (12721 Concord Hambden Rd, Chardon, OH 44077).
