It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Dale Smith (Chardon, Ohio), who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Smith and Edna Smith (Jackson); his sons, Devin and Rory; his brother Allen Smith; and his brother-in-law Jeff Fagan.

He is survived by : his wife Kay Fagan; his daughter Tara Carlson (Jason); his grandchildren, Henry and Laina Carlson; his son Jameson; his siblings, Donna Zuro (Dave), Daniel Smith (Ellen) and Deanna Baker (Ken); and his brother-in-law Bill Fagan (Sha).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Red Tulip Project (https://redtulipproject.com) in Chardon.
