She was predeceased by: her parents, George Urban and Leda Urban; and her sister Mary. She is survived by: her husband Ty; her children, Tiffiny (Alexander Chen) and Melissa; her grandson Evan; and her siblings, John, Stephanie Vierra (John) and George (Susan).
