She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Leaman (Douglas) of Montgomery, AL; her former husband James Bertleff of Chardon, OH; her grandchildren, Rachel McClanahan (Quinn) of Maumee, Stephanie McAndrew (Collin) of Dayton and Kevin Leaman (Brianna) of Swanton, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Jensen and Wade; and her siblings, Linda Hayes, Duane Hayes (Kathy Perry) and Larry Hayes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
