He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Hoffacker and Elsie Hoffacker; his brother-in-law Richard G. Whitcomb; and his nephew Richard G. Whitcomb Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Kurt Hoffacker (Dorothy), Faith Whitcomb and Kris Moore (Rob); his nieces, Nadine Toth (Eric), Janna Luck (Mike), Joy Cimino (Paul), Michelle Rodriguez (Rob), Kathryn Wozniak (Al) and Victoria Moore (Mike Jurney); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicole Toth, Brittany Burkholder, Rachel Luck (Alex), Kelly McClelland (Jaime), Julia Rodriguez, David Toth (Bethany), Daniel Toth (Shari), Jared Toth (Frances), Jason Luck (Jessica), Richard "Ricky" Cimino (Alli), Tyler Rodriguez, Joel Rodriguez (Audrey) and Evan Rodriguez; and his cousin Brian Gilbert. He is also survived by ten great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews, along with many other extended family.
