She is survived by: her children, Toni Perkins (William) and Felix (Marilisa); her grandchildren, Shawna Simpson (David), Todd Perkins (Racheal), Britni Eisler (Jerad), Chelsey Warner and Anthony Warner; and her great grandchildren, Madeline Simpson, Grace Simpson, Dorian Eisler, Lennon Eisler, Lucien Eisler, Alex Perkins and Gabriel Perkins.
