She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Sr.; her daughter Catherine Willard (Tim); her parents, Jerry Perusek and Mary Perusek; and her brother Richard Perusek (late Carol).
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Horsfall, Charles J. Penko, Nancy Knoble (Paul) and Mary Penko Bales (Robert); and her grandchildren, Christopher "CJ" Horsfall, Thomas Horsfall (Leanne Rahija), Michelle Penko, Kaitlin Christy Arielle (Thomas), Maureen Penko, Kaylee Willard, Jillian Bales and Jacob Bales.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Marie to Suncrest Hospice.
