She was predeceased by: her parents, Melva Urbanic and Michael Urbanic; her grandmother Mildred "Nana" Rice; and her daughter Ursula. She is survived by: her children, Anton Osredkar (Terri), Michael Osredkar (Mary Kay), Miriam, Stephanie and Heleana; her grandsons, David Osredkar (Savannah) and Gabriel Osredkar; her great grandchild Opal; her sisters, Barbara Manuel (Sam) and Joan Palmer (Phil); her niece Barbara; and her children, Jon Mahn and Stacey Lieb. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Geauga Humane Society's Rescue Village as Patty was always a huge lover of animals.
