He is survived by: his mother Donna Davison; his daughters, Peyton and Riley Tatonetti; his mother Donna Miklus; his stepfather John Miklus; his siblings, John (Dana), Michael (Jarica), Steve Miklus and Katie Miklus; and his siblings' children, Andrew, Alex of Matthew, JC, Kennedy and Madeline Miklus.
