He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Stephanie Cestnik (Frank); his grandchildren, Ava and Bryson Cutler Cestnik; his sister Carol Wilkens (Bob); his daughter Elizabeth (Brian); his granddaughter Madeline; and his son Daniel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
