He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert H. Justice and Jennie Justice. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Justice; his children, Sharon Kastor (Albert) of Chardon, OH and Robert Justice (Kathleen) of Concord Township, OH; his grandchildren, Sierra Justice, Abigail Mohr (David), Kristopher Kastor and Cassidy Justice; and his caregiver Caleb Rhodes. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family.

In Robert's memory, the family kindly suggests that donations be made to Chardon United Methodist Church.
