He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Neely (Mark) of Oklahoma and Connie Eldridge (Keith) of Ohio; his granddaughters, Mindy Aufderheide (Frank), Valerie Eldridge (Aaron Kodish), Jessica Habbyshaw (Joseph) and Sara Neely; his friend Beverly "Bev" Adams; and his cousin Heidi Madsen. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
