She was predeceased by : her parents, John O. Allman and Edna L. Malone Allman; her brothers, Johnny and Stewart; and her nephews, Charlie Allman and Landon Shay.

She is survived by : her husband Gilbert "Buzz" Hooper Jr.; her daughters, Cindy Green (Jim), Edlynn Dowler (Todd) and Cathy Jackson (Scott Dowler); her grandchildren, Matt Green (Shawna), Jamie Gilkey (Kyle), Aaron Sedwick, Richie Bolin, Jessica Jackson (Ernie Perkins), Nate Dowler and Nick Dowler; and her brothers, Jimmy Allman (Diane) and Stanley Allman (Susan). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
