It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Carr of Chauncey, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Dicken and Florence Dicken (McKee); and her husband Larry Lloyd Carr. She is survived by : her children, John Lawrence Carr (Melody) of Logan, Ohio and Debbie Lambert of The Plains, Ohio. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
