She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Baldwin and Martha Baldwin of Manchester, OH.; her husband Jerry Minton; her brothers, Jessie, Ronald, Donald and Wes Baldwin; and her granddaughters, Erica Hendrickson and Sami Jo Minton.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Adams of Russellville, Brian Minton (Taresa) of Hillsboro and Ali Minton of Cherry Fork; her grandson Steven Adams of Russellville; and her siblings, Shelby Tumbleson of Bentonville, Kenny of West Union, David, Larry and Kelvin Baldwin of Manchester. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
