She is survived by: her parents, Joe Wager and Geraldine Wager; her children, Brooklynn Pelfrey of Bluefield, VA, Brittany Sparks of Chesapeake, OH and Tony Sparks of Chesapeake, OH; her grandchildren, Braelynn Dotson and James Pelfrey Jr.; and her brother John Bowen.
