He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Callicoat and Eva Wyant Callicoat. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Louise Maynard Callicoat; his son John David of Chesapeake, Ohio; his pets, Bentley and Lulu; and his mother-in-law Janet Maynard.
