He is survived by : his sons, Gregory (Christa), Anthony and Randy Spears; his grandchildren, Kylie Myers, Zachary Spears, Erin Hall, Allison Spears, Brinkley Spears, Lacie Tackett and Melissa Wellman; and his great grandchildren, Harlan Myers, Boyd Myers, Trevor Hall, Will Wellman and Braxton Tackett.
