She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Burchett and Leah Dishner Burchett; her daughter-in-law Becky Maxey; her husbands, James William Maxey and J. D. Booth; and her siblings, Peggy Baldwin, Elizabeth Rush, Wiley Burchett, Lillian Rigsby, Doug Burchett and Bob Burchett.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy William; her grandchildren, Marci May Shumway (Tim), Kari May, Derek Maxey, Adam Maxey and Lori Maxey Adkins (David); her great grandchild Savanna Shumway Collins (Cody); and her great great grandchildren, Megan Slone, Logan Gunawan, Nate Maxey, Ben Maxey and Kia Slone. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
