She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ruggles and Lillian Ruggles; her siblings, Carl Ruggles Jr. Donald Ruggles, Roger Ruggles, Brenda Dingus and Shellbie Hughes; her daughter-in-law Sharon Pine; and her grandson Shannon Nance.
She is survived by: her siblings, Roy Lee Ruggles and Bootsie Hunter; her children, Bobby Pine, Randy Pine, Tina Meredith and Tonya Nance (Tim Robinson); her grandchildren, Shane, Shawn Holshue, Jason Nance (Marsha Pointer), Amanda Jones (Danny), Kevin Pine (Samantha), Tammy Pine and Shandi Pine; Julie Wilson. She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren; and one great great Grandchild.
