He is survived by: his wife Lucille Rigney; his siblings, Paul Rigney, Inez Hall, Mary Jo Rigney, Alberta Osborne and Zelpha Rigney; his nephew Nick Rigney; his daughter Brenda Steinbrecher (Kerry); his stepsons, Billy Chatterton (Nancy) and Pat Ward (Tammy); his grandchildren, Scott Steinbrecher (Sloane) and Ashli Rose (Luke); and his great grandchildren, Lillian Rose, Brooklyn Rose, Brayden Rose, Brynlen Steinbrecher and Clayton Steinbrecher.
