She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Poynter and Lillian Blake Poynter; her husband James William Lewis; her son James Michael Lewis; and her siblings, Charles Poynter, Myron Eugene and Joyce Poynter.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Jarvis (Bill), Mark Lewis (Treley), Tammy Bush, Norma Burcham, Jerry Lewis, Betty Sue Lewis, Lisa Kennedy and Jane Friend; her grandson Shawn Burcham; and her nieces, Beth Finley and Susan Grauel. She is also survived by grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
