He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Marie Clark; and his siblings, Joyce Crace and Robert Clark. He is survived by: his wife Connie Ellis; his children, Phillip "P. J." Clark, Jr. and Phylicia Perkey; and his siblings, Kathern McComas, Mark Clark, Terry Clark and Randy Ferris.
