With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Dale Ruggles of Chesapeake, Ohio, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ruggles and Lillian Ruggles (Thacker); his wife Patricia Joanne Ruggles; and his siblings, Don Ruggles, Carl Ruggles Jr., Shelby Hughes and Brenda Dingus.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Jo Christian Shotsky (Tony), Lisa Ruggles Dillon (Matt) and Nichole Ruggles; his grandchildren, Derek Hanley, Jonathan Shotsky, Bradley King, Bryan Lee King, Blake King, Nicholas Dillon, Nadia Warfield and Aidan Warfield; and his siblings, Roy Ruggles, Bootsie Hunter and Carlene Pine. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
