He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lykins and Elsie Ryder Lykins; and his brothers, Lloyd and James Lykins. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Lykins; his sons, Michael Lykins (Michelle) of South Point, OH and Danny Lykins (Jenny) of Proctorville, OH; his grandchildren, Makala, Hunter and Haley Lykins; and his sisters, Linda Haney and Sue Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
