He is survived by: his mother Vivian Lewis; his stepfather James Lewis; his father Gregory Snider (Debby Snider); his grandfather Jim Snider; his fiancée Laura Cummings; his children, Jordyn Snider (Jacob Lynd), Carter Ross, Kaitlyn Blankenship, Rylan Cummings and Kaden Cummings; his siblings, Rickey Andujar, Tiffiney Lewis and Connor Lewis; his nephews, Jakob Mills and Ashton Maynard; his grandson Jeremiah Lynd; and his aunts and uncles, Debbie Carter (Gordon Carter), David Lewis (Darlene Lewis), Brent Lewis (Hannah Lewis), Raymond Lewis (Sandy), Rick Lewis (Maribel), Randy Lewis (Linda), Mary Lewis, Rosalind Lewis, Phillip Snider (Catherine Snider) and Joey. He is also survived by cousins and other family members.
