It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Denise Vanderberg (Chesapeake, Ohio), born in Saint Marys, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ruurd Vanderberg; her daughter Hilda Sweet; her parents, Donald Pyles and Hilda Pyles; and her brothers, Donovan Danford and Ron Pyles.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Bandy and Michael Robertson (Love); her great-uncle Paul "Russell" Danford; her grandchildren, Joseph Sweet, Matthew Kirby and Holly Spaman; her great grandchild Milo Moon; her niece Carol White; and her cousins, Gene Nance, Ginger Nance, Sandy Nance, Keith Smith and Joyce Danford. She is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
