He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Hall and Catherine Hall (Wallace); his brother Dale Hall; and his brother-in-law James Floyd. He is survived by : his wife Debbie Hall; his siblings, Frances Floyd of Versailles, KY and Curtis Hall (Mary) of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings-in-law, Karen Sagar (Stacy) of Iowa and Thomas Barton (Tara); and his friends, Bill and Cindy McClure. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
