He was predeceased by : his mother Teresa Ann Daniels. He is survived by : his girlfriend Lori Holsinger; his daughter Josslynne Daniels; his stepdaughter Makyla Forrest; and his niece Stephanie Kisor. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
