He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Warner and Geneieve Arnold Warner; his wife Helen Faye Warner; and his siblings, Mark Warner and Lanie Chambers.
He is survived by: his children, Britt Allen Warner of Hickory and James Leo Warner of Hickory; and his granddaughters, Amber and Rachel Warner.
