She was predeceased by : her father Cliff "Tip" Moles; her husband Ronnie Pack; and her siblings, Larry Moles, Tim Moles and Diane Moles.

She is survived by : her children, Ron Pack (Kristi), Mike Pack (Jessica) and Heather Pack; her grandchildren, Austin, Sarah, Donavon, Noah, Caleb and Madison Pack; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Luna and Hayes Pack; and her brothers, Terry Moles and Jeff Moles.
