He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Norris and Peggy J. Norris; his siblings, Loretta Norris and Shawn Norris; and his stepfather Dana C. Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Norris of Chesterhill; his children, Nichole Mathney (William) of Guysville, OH, Halie Dille (Justin) of Chesterhill and Justin Norris (Sarah) of Chesterhill; his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Maverick and Naomi; and his siblings, Brian Norris (Tracy) of Malta, Clyde Norris of McConnelsville, Connie Fischer of McConnelsville, Beverly Mayle of Glouster, Monica Norman (Kerry) of Columbus and Amber Norris of McConnelsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home (7465 Marion St, Chesterhill, OH 43728). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at the Chesterhill Cemetery.
