He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Brian (Jen), Craig (Chenette) and Eric (Meghan); his stepsons, Anthony (Andria) and Nicholas Nastasi; his grandchildren, Makayla (Nick), Matthew (Hartley), Mackenzie, Mia Hart, Michael, Ryan Hart, Giulianna and Charlotte Hart; his stepgrandchildren, Giavanna, Vincent, Dominic Nastasi, Ellianna Nastasi, Grace Pruchnicki, Everett T, Avery Wynn and Noah Sitko; his siblings, Nicole, Joe, Carolyn, Janice, Lauren, Rose and Tom; his close friend Tom Jones; his pets, Nika and Quincy; Angela Hart.
