He was predeceased by: his daughter Judith Ann Miedema; his parents, Milton A. and Erma; and his brother Milton A. Hanna (late Ursula). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ruth; and his children, Lauren Hanna, MD (Michael DiPree), Kurt W. Hanna, Steven F. Miedema (Delma), James W. Miedema (Sharon) and Scott C. Hanna (Cheryl).
