She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Harold Pekrul and Edna Pekrul; her sister Eileen Rogers (Peter); her nephews, Paul Rogers and Robert Rogers (Kelly); her niece Cindy McCain (Isaac); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cassia, Maximus, Benny, Ruthie, Sammy and Zoe.

“Mrs. Heck was my 4th grade teacher. I will always remember her reading the Laura Ingalls Wilder books after recess and putting most of us to sleep (that was a good thing!) She was a wonderful teacher and I was glad to catch up with her recently at Ohman Family Living at Holly in Newbury. She told me about at time that I taught HER how to use a calculator. :) She will be missed and not forgotton!”
