He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte and J. D. Smith; his siblings, Cindy and Harry; and his nephew Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Berardinelli; his sisters, Judy Kosmerl and Rita Kelly; his children, Jessica (Keith Baron), Stephanie (Domenic Oriani) and Jason (Karina); and his grandchildren, Charlie, Ben, Vinny, Viviana and Emilia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
