He is survived by: his wife Esther Johnson; his children, Russell White (Sally) of Lake Wylie, SC and Laura Whiteman (JD) of Highland Heights, OH; his grandchildren, Cameron and Andrew Whiteman of Highland Heights, OH; his sister Mary Anne Quinn (late Bill) of Aiken, SC.; and his uncle John.
