He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Jane (Dubell) and Maurice Edward Dowling; his wife Christine Lee Fromhercz; his son Joseph Kevin Dowling; his siblings, Thomas Dowling (Barbara), Kathleen DeBrunner (John), Patrick Dowling (Christine), Michael Dowling (Carol) and Elizabeth Dowling; his siblings-in-law, Cathleen Wilson, Stephen Fromhercz (Carole) and Elizabeth Virginia (Joseph); and his great-uncle Rick.
