Sander F. Bordonaro Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sander F. Bordonaro (Chesterland, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, Frank (Debbie) and Linda Criniti (Joseph); his parents, Frank and Antoinette; and his siblings, Michael, Mary and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Carmeline (Foti); his children, Carol Behum (Cliff), James (Corinne), Marietta, Sandy Jr. and Michael (David Wolslegel); his grandchildren, Joseph (Heidi), Nicholas Criniti (Sandy), Sandy Santino (Rachael), Salvatore (Jenn), Regina Amin (Shivam), Maria (Daniel Czarniecki) and Christina Gimmi (Chad); his siblings-in-law, Cono Onorato and Anita Bonelli; and also, Venera Foti (Mark Plush), Frank Foti (Brenda) and Michael Foti (Rose).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeJohn Funeral Home and Celebrations Center (12811 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Noel Catholic Church (35200 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44094).
