He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Perko and Bessie Perko. He is survived by: his children, Laura Perko Ward, Matt Perko, Dan Perko, Lisa Bordner, Chad Perko and Stan Perko; and his siblings, Carol Ann Whipkey and Ed Perko. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
