He was predeceased by: his wife Stella; his parents, Antionette "Tessie" Rogal (Povalaitis) and Joseph Rogal; and his sisters, Irene Paterini and Jean Risko.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Rogal (Vanessa), Jill Thompson (Gregg), Daniel Rogal (Nicole) and Natalie Haupt (Jason); his grandchildren, Leo, Cameron, Angelina, William and Campbell; and his sister Christine Simmons. He is also survived by the love of his life, his partner, and his best friend.
