He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Charles and Bertha Rosalie Pennypacker (Meyers); and his sister Bonnie Arndt. He is survived by: his wife Penny Sue Hickson of Chesterville; his sons, Brandon and Andrew Pennypacker of Chesterville; and his sisters, Cathy Beard, Wilma Wickware of Mount Gilead, Linda Pennypacker of Mount Vernon and Ruth Teeters (Richard) of Leesburg.
