He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Numeriano Jalbuena Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Jalbuena of Chillicothe; his siblings, Amy Jalbuena, Dan Wade of Grove City, Ohio, Daniel Jalbuena of Chillicothe, Tracy Jalbuena and James Cook of Camden, Maine; and his nieces, Ellie Jalbuena-Cook, Theresa "Tess" Jalbuena-Cook, Nora Wade and Josephine "Josie" Wade. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and caregivers.
