It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Carl of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Puckett and Mildred Ruth Puckett (Brown); and her grandson Ashton Lane Carl. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey L. Carl; her sons, Zachary Lane Carl (Jerrna Bone) and Chad Edward Carl; her grandchildren, Calvin Norris Carl, Cameron Edward Carl and Cheyanne Cassie Marie Carl; her great grandchild Hopelynn Ann Iolene Carl; and her siblings, Bill Puckett (Melissa), Thomas Puckett (Norma), Roseann Good (Mike) and Angela Puckett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
